Senior pre-season starts tomorrow, Weds Feb 22nd in the sports hall at Thomas Telford School, Old Park, Telford, TF3 4NW’
7 – 8:30pm, be on time for a prompt start.
Players should drive round the back of the school and park in parking bays. Use the big green fire doors to enter the sports hall, this is just on the left as you look at the school/nursery from the car park.

Touch rugby league is fun way to keep fit.
Come join in Monday nights 7-8pm at Oakengates Leisure Centre, on the astroturf. Mixed teams of 6 aside.
Open to all boys and girls, men and women from ages 14+.
Come on your own and join in, or bring a team along.(Each team limited to 2 experienced players.)

Raiders Senior Pre-Season Training starts this Wednesday 22nd Feb!
The build up to another summer of rugby league is about to begin! This year the 1st team will play in the new Midlands Division 1 League while the Academy team will play in the Midlands Division 2 League again, with the first games likely to be on the 28th April (only 10 weeks away)!.
Indoor pre-season training will therefore start this Wednesday the 22nd Feb in the sports hall at Thomas Telford School from 7pm to 8.30pm (map and directions to follow) and for the following 4 Wednesdays. The focus will be on basic skills, communication, and movement skills so is suitable for all current players and any new players who want to join us.

Carnegie Champions Schools reaches its thrilling climax for boys playing Rugby League in the Midlands on Thursday 9th February, with Burton Borough Yr7 and Yr10 teams featuring in an action packed day at Derby RFC.
The finals day is the culmination of the Champion Schools programme which has seen school teams playing local competitions in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Telford and Wrekin, Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Coventry.
Schools have progressed from their local competitions to a regional competition and the winners of the regional finals will progress to the national rounds of the competition, where they will rub shoulders with other leading schools from around the country. The added attraction for the Year 7 Boys is the lure of Wembley Stadium, with the final being played as the curtain raiser to the Carnegie Challenge Cup Final.
